Randolph Winters
Randolph Winters Lecture at the first Star Knowledge Conference Wagner, SD June, 1996. He went to Switzerland to meet Billy Meier and was able to share a lot of information about the ships and Billy’s Visitations. His lecture has great photos of Pleiadian ships. I tried to make sure his warning about ships we see was clear in the video.
